Deformation Monitoring

The monitoring of any existing or potential movement within a building or structure can be carried out using our specialist techniques.

This will entail an initial site visit to establish control and the monitoring points, usually in the form of retro targets which will then be observed at future site visits and any movement will be reported normally in a spreadsheet.

The amount of monitoring points and frequency of visits will be up to requirements and the nature of the site.

Observations will be made by either a 1” accurate Total station or a precise level.
